Charm City Therapy is a Baltimore based pediatric multidisciplinary therapy center offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Located in a beautiful state of the art clinic in the heart of Owings Mills, we service children from birth until 21. Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to supporting each child’s ability to communicate effectively in the academic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
- Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
- Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
- Provide training and resources to school staff regarding communication disorders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
