Restaurant Lead Maple Street Biscuit Company is a fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant with a mission to Help People, Serve Others, and Be a Part of the Community. We operate on four core principles: Comfort Food with a Modern Twist Made Consistently, Gracious Service, Immaculately Clean Stores, and Sustainable Business. No restaurant experience is needed, as we are looking for people who want to learn and grow, work hard, and have a servant’s heart! Currently, we are looking for multiple leads to join the team for our new store opening! Join the Maple Street Fam and be a part of an exciting restaurant opening! All 4 of these Lead positions are full-time roles and include benefits. They will help hire, train, and manage the tasks for their section and will generally work between 6 am-5 pm (we close at 2 pm every day), but this is subject to change based on the store’s needs. Requires: Time management skills Ability to read and follow a recipe exactly Understanding of kitchen measurements and abbreviations Ability to work independently and manage their tasks Ability to lift 25 or more pounds Ability to be on feet for 6+ hours a day Food Manager certification Knife skills.
