The successful applicant will have: Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen Availability on weekends (mandatory) Flexible scheduling 2+ years of cooking experience We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Culinary Team. Uccello’s has a fast paced kitchen offering award winning Italian Family Recipes to our Guests in a relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccello’s Family and help us continue our growing success. Job Duties include: -Knowing and compiling consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. -Maintains a clean and sanitary work station -Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. -Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. -Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty.
