Bartender

Join the team at our Windsor Taproom and Smokehouse extension of our Greeley brewery! We'll teach you about beer, hospitality, smoked meats and have a good time doing it. All employees make a base wage of $12 an hour (no more making 8 bucks an hour to do sidework). We split tips equally amongst all hourly employees. Our last pay period, everyone made $17.50 an hour + cash tips! We take your (and our guests') health seriously, so you have to be willing to help keep the place safe as part of the job. We're brand new, which means we're constantly trying new things, including ideas from our own staff. We need people who are hard working and flexible. We don't care much about titles here, and we all pitch in. You may pour beer most of the time, but you'll also run food, interact with guests, and work the phones. Never bartended or worked in a restaurant? We'll show you, it's easier than you think. We're looking for the right people more than the right resume.
