Gabe’s Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern is a newer restaurant venture in the city of Oshkosh focused around creating a neighborhood family environment. Our menu and service style is based on doing the simple things the right way in a casual atmosphere. Gabe’s is a small, owner operated business that is looking for quality employees that to help create an outstanding place to work and patronize. Gabe’s is accepting employment applications for Line Cooks and BOH staff. Experience is preferred, but we will consider training an individual who is eager to learn and is committed to providing excellent service with respect to our vision. We are open for lunch, dinner, and late-night, so availability during those hours are required. Job Brief Line cooks at Gabe’s Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern prep and cook meals per our standard recipes. Line cooks work with our Kitchen Manager and follow his or her directions. Line cooks are responsible for cooking entrees, prepping meals, maintaining cleanliness standards, and following all health code regulations. Responsibilities
