Cashier

Do you love the customer interaction and are you looking to join a growing team at a fast-paced restaurant? Mangia Italiana is currently seeking counter staff to join our growing front-of-house team! A successful candidate has experience with customer service and enjoys working with customers to provide the best experience possible in the restaurant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing excellent customer service through unmatched knowledge of Mangia Italiana’s menu and specials and be able to take orders, in-person and over the phone. This position will work collaboratively with kitchen staff members, ensuring customers receive orders in a timely manner through strong written/verbal communication skills. Counter Staff also will complete prep work to help kitchen staff. This position is full-time or part-time and pay is hourly (negotiable based on experience). This is a non-exempt role. Role will be scheduled to work on various weeknights, weekends, both morning and evenings. Weekend nights required Morning and daytime shifts vary. Days off may rotate. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, but some Sunday hours may be available throughout the year.
