Do you love Italian food and preparing quality meals for customers? Mangia Italiana is currently seeking experienced and professional cooks to join our kitchen staff! A successful candidate is respectful, hard-working, and a team player. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing dishes as instructed according to established recipes and techniques to preserve consistent quality of Mangia Italiana food, working with a “clean as you go” mentality, always keeping workspace efficient and sanitary and proactively helping other teammates, looking for ways to help mentor or guide teammates and be open to learn from others. This position is full-time or part-time and pay is hourly (negotiable based on experience). This is a non-exempt role. Role will be scheduled to work on various weeknights, weekends, both mornings and evenings. Weekend nights required. Morning and daytime shifts vary. Days off may rotate. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, but some Sunday hours may be available throughout the year.
