Bantam & Biddy is looking for Attendants! Limited experience is not a problem. If you're interested in becoming a Barista, Expediter, or Cashier, this is your launching point! This position assists the guests in instances including but not limited to: Greeting guests; Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure all guests’ needs are met; Assisting guests in compliance with the Bantam & Biddy self-service process; Serving alcohol responsibly and following all legal statutes; Being attentive to the guest, welcoming them into a comfortable and relaxed environment. Running food from the kitchen to the guests. Bussing and resetting tables for the next guest. The Attendant works alongside the team to maintain a clean and safe work area as well as follow all in house and health department regulations. Bantam & Biddy Attendants are responsible for positive guest interactions and positive brand representation while interacting in a friendly and efficient manner. As an Attendant, menu familiarization will be at the top of the list of key knowledge. A sense of urgency is also crucial to proper fulfillment of this position's requirements.
