At Seven Hills Foundation, we are dedicated to improving the lives of adults facing life challenges through high-quality, individualized behavioral support services. We are seeking a driven and experienced BCBA to join our team in Plymouth, MA.
Job Description:
As a BCBA at Seven Hills Foundation, you will take charge of providing support and interventions to adults in a group home setting. While most of the work will be hybrid/remote, occasional travel between a handful of homes in the New Bedford area will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Delivering direct therapy and monitoring the work of behavior technicians & direct support professionals
- Training and mentoring staff and caregivers
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with adults facing life challenges
- Strong command of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
