- Negotiate and purchase materials
- Maintain as-built documents
- Act as owner and architect/engineer contact
- Verify and provide inventory analysis
- Survey construction job site
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
- 5-7years in construction related experience
- Pay range of $130k-$170k
