HHA Home Health Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic In-Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and addressing the individual needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation.
• Medication  reminders.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Running errands such as grocery shopping, accompany client to appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) preferred.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
