JOB DESCRIPTION

## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, memory care, and senior care, with the ability to lift and assist with daily living activities.

## Duties
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals requiring long-term care
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Support individuals with memory care needs in a respectful and understanding manner
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as needed
- Work in various settings including assisted living facilities or private homes

## Experience
- Prior experience in caregiving, senior care, or memory care is preferred
- Knowledge of assisting individuals with activities of daily living
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
- Experience working in assisted living facilities or home care settings is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
