Gift Boutique Store Associates

We are seeking Retail Store Associates to join our team!

As a Gift Boutique Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operations of the store. You will be responsible for creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects the boutique's brand image. We are looking for both part time and full time associates who have exceptional customer service skills. Individuals must be hardworking, have high energy, and love all things Under the Carolina Moon.

Our store hours of operations are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 10am to 4 pm. Closed on Sundays.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in keeping the store is well-maintained, organized and clean.
• Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the boutique's product offerings to assist customers effectively and provide product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure merchanise is available for purchase.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, Saturdays and Holidays.
• Experience as a sales associate in a gift boutique or a similar retail environment is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and demonstrates a willingness to assist customers
• Experience with checking customers out using a POS system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Bilingual is seen as a benefit but not required
