Responsibilities:

Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership standards.

Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment specific to Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

⚙️ Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs automotive transmissions and related systems for Chrysler Dodge Jeep vehicles.

Communicates directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service needed, providing accurate time estimates for additional repairs.

️ Executes repairs under Chrysler Dodge Jeep warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Willingness to learn with hands-on training on Chrysler Dodge Jeep technology.

✅ Performs other duties as assigned.

✅ Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Technician is required.

ASE Certification or graduation from an associate degree program in auto maintenance and repair is encouraged.

At least two years of experience as an automotive technician, with preference for those with Chrysler Dodge Jeep certification.

⚙️ Strong knowledge of all aspects of Chrysler Dodge Jeep automotive repair and maintenance.

Familiarity with Chrysler Dodge Jeep shop equipment such as diagnostic tools, alignment systems, AC equipment, and lift operation.

Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

A valid driver's license is required.
