Physical Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients regain their physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practices.
• Implement and oversee treatment plans, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards, including clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
