The
role of the Product Advisor Associate is to manage inquiries on the
products available to meet a customer's health care needs.  No cold
calling!  As the first point of contact the PAA is responsible for
understanding the insurance needs, answering basic questions, and
providing education and guidance on potential product solutions and the
application procedure. 

This
opportunity offers great potential for personal and professional growth
within the growing health care industry; including paid Individual Life
and Health licensing for the state of Indiana, ongoing product and

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years customer service
  • Any Previous experience in a call center
  • Ability
    to utilize MS Word to create general correspondence, update information
    within forms/templates, and utilizing spell/grammar check.
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel for data entry, sorting/filtering, and updating data within reports
  • Health and Life license within Indiana or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • CRM experience
  • VOIP experience
  • IEX experience
  • Telesales experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak both languages)
