Job Title: Tradeshow Coordinator - Onsite, Jackson, MI

Reports to: Marketing Manager

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-exempt

Salary: $18.00-$21.00

Summary of Position:

A Tradeshow Coordinator’s main responsibilities are to support the Marketing Manager with marketing-related tasks, focusing on managing the tradeshow process. The Tradeshow Coordinator is a point-contact for the sales staff and coordinates their needs with the CEO and the rest of the marketing department.

Job Duties:

Organize and execute pre-show marketing at the direction of the Marketing Manager

  • Tracking expenses and assist in complete financial reconciliation
  • Ensuring processing of show leads and distribution to the sales force
  • Maintaining show schedules, project tools, checklist and processes
  • Maintaining detailed trade show and events calendar
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of trade show/event materials including but not limited to tradeshow booths, sales collateral and promotional items
  • Process client contracts
  • Support the marketing department with marketing initiatives
  • Assist with sales presentations, sales proposals and other marketing/sales-related tasks
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized
  • High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Proofing and editing skills are a plus
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Commitment to deadlines
  • Analytically oriented and able to communicate findings both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and reliable
  • Strong work ethic
  • Maintain high-level of confidentiality
  • Must type 40 WPM
  • Some college coursework completed, Associates Degree preferred

Experience with tradeshows a plus
