Social media isn’t just for photos and likes! In a recent survey, 33% of users told us they have used social media to help them find a job, which means it’s time to make sure you’re including social media in your recruitment strategy.

You don’t have to be an influencer to attract these workers, but you should take a few simple actions to help you reach more applicants, like including key information about your business and open roles on your social accounts.

Also on the rise is the use of artificial intelligence. 10% of users have already used AI to help them write a resume, and we expect that number to rise as these tools become more common.
