We’re unveiling a fresh, personalized homepage in our Snag Recruiting Platform.…plus streamlined workflows to make taking action even easier! Our new admin dashboards show your highest-priority info and to-dos for the day, helping busy managers zero-in on what needs their attention right now.

New Admin Dashboards—What are they?

There are two dashboard views that display different information, based on your assigned role: an HR Leader Dashboard for above-store admins and a Manager Dashboard specific to your store-level admins. We’ve even built an in-product tutorial that takes managers on a step-by-step tour of their new dashboard and how to get the most out of it.

A universal new sidebar navigation makes it easy to get to different areas of the platform in just a click. Plus, dashboard quick links let you take action instantly—sending you straight to where you can drill down further, follow up and/or complete the task yourself. Clicking on an overdue I-9 task, for example, takes you straight to where you can start Section 2 OR resend the new hire onboarding email—depending on where the I-9 is stuck.

Our new admin dashboards were designed with the whole goal of maximizing efficiency, simplifying navigation and increasing compliance. And it’s working…

Dashboard customers have already reduced overdue I-9s by 56%!

What do new admin dashboards in Snag do?

HR Leader Dashboard

Your HR Leader Dashboard will show—across ALL of your locations—:

  • Overdue I-9 notices

  • I-9s due for reverification in the next 30 days

  • Active E-Verify cases (if applicable)

  • New sidebar for easier navigation

  • For Primary, Business and Financial Admin roles

Manager Dashboard

The information store-level managers need to know is a lot different than what your HR leaders are dealing with. That’s why our Manager Dashboard will show you:

  • # total applicants within the last 14 days—with a link to view them

  • List of new hires and their I-9 status

  • A guided in-product tutorial

  • View overdue I-9/E-Verify tasks and upcoming re-verifications across all locations

  • New sidebar for easier navigation

  • For Human Resource Manager and Business Unit Administrator (BUA) roles
