As a Host/Hostess, your duties will include:
- Providing prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests
- Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and seating them as soon as a table is available; maintaining a wait list as necessary
- Rotating station seating to ensure the quality of guest service
- Handling guest complaints in a timely manner, inquiring about the quality of a guest’s dining experience, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Taking register readings, handling cash in an accurate and responsible manner, making interim cash reports, and handling frequent cash drops
- Checking restrooms hourly to ensure adequate stocking and cleanliness as well as performing any other assigned cleaning duties
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and To Go orders

- No prior experience or training is required
- Possess a friendly and courteous manner
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
