LUMPER/FORKLIFT OPERATOR

An established distribution company in the San Joaquin Valley is looking for experienced candidates with strong MATERIAL HANDLING and FORKLIFT experience to fill FULL TIME TEMP-TO-HIRE positions. Job Duties:
- Work quickly and efficiently in 3 person crews to load and unload product
- Manual stacking and palletizing
- Identify product codes/SKU numbers correctly
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are being carried out
- Operate forklift
- Ability to work with performance tracking and metrics

Working hours: 5am-1:30pm; 2pm-10:30pm

Requirements:
- Good written and verbal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience manually loading and unloading packages from a container
- Experience palletizing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year(s) recent forklift experience within the last 6-12 months
- Available to work overtime
- Worked in an environment where performance was measured or monitored
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a drug and criminal background screen
