Machinist

This position is responsible for the machining required by work orders, including but not limited to the set up, production, and inspection of all machining and/or shop assembly jobs assigned by the Shop Supervisor.
Candidate must:
Be able to setup, program and operate Mills, Lathes and CNC machines.
Be proficient at manual machining, able to machine very complex parts.
Read and interpret engineering prints, work orders and customer orders.
Be a team player and work with others in problem solving, including but not limited to shop team, engineering, sales and production.
Mechanically inclined and trainable.
Able to use small tools and gage parts.
Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift heavy loads using proper lifting techniques.

Be willing to work any shift
