Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
- Deliver top notch service to existing clients
- Problem solving skills
- Maintain records, reports and files
- Make outbound calls
- Visit client locations to get a better understanding of their business issues and needs
Requirements: (include but are not limited to)
•1 year Customer Service experience
•1 year Call Center experience
•Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•High school diploma or equivalent
