AutoCAD Designer - Full-time / Part-time

This new and exciting company (18 months). They are looking for a Mechanical Designer

They are getting lots of small projects that larger companies won't touch. As a result they are very busy and growing.

They have around 12 folks right now and have been subbing out CAD work and need to bring it in house.

This is a new position with quite a bit of growth potential considering the upward trend of the industry and the company.

Responsibilities:
This person will be doing design work in Autocad.

Developing 2d manufacturing drawings and installation dawings.

Requirements:
Experience in sizing bearings, creating BOMs, and translating specifications from the customer into drawings

Experience in Autocad (can create dynamic blocks and dropping them in insertion points to quickly crank out drawings)

Periodic travel will be required from time to time to customer sites. This should not be more than 1-2 day trips.
