Customer Care Rep I - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking out Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work in a healthcare call center just South of the downtown Denver area.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues
• Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions
• Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database
• Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Provides external and internal customers with requested information
• Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature
• Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work with multiple systems - on the phone and computer simultaneously
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual: Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
• 1 year minimum Customer Service Experience
• 6 months minimum Call Center experience
• Knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology, and/or HIPAA preferred
• Good attendance record and tenure with previous employment

SCHEDULE:

• Tentative start date: June 29, 2015
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Must be available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

CONTRACT DURATION & PAY:

• This position is a 6 month contract-to-hire paying $14.00/hour
