Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Analyst position for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC! Job Responsibilities: *Provide superior customer service and support in all aspects of customer requests - entering incidents, resolving problems submitted via live calls, emails, and voicemails, forwarding work orders to 2nd level groups, and incident follow up/ownership to the satisfaction of the customer *Maintain a strong focus on the quality of service delivered, taking a 'customer care' perspective *Document all calls and actions taken in approved incident tracking software *Maintain data integrity through accuracy and thoroughness of incident data entry *Make full use of standard problem and resolution practices via Standard Operating Procedures, standard incident descriptions, and via the Knowledge Base SOP when processing requests *Develop and maintain understanding of our customer's business processes *Escalate customer issues when appropriate Requirements: *High school diploma or its equivalent *6+ years of experience in field Hours: Candidate must be able to work shifts within that hours of 6am to 8pm Contract Length: 6 months Pay: $26.00/hr For additional details on this role contact: Elle Hanson Email: elle.hanson@manpowergroup.com Phone: 414-982-1959 ex.173 Please go to www.manpowerjobs.com and create a profile with us and contact this recruiter directly.
