Humedica is seeking a talented and motivated individual to be play an integral role on the Client Solutions team, which is responsible for the successful scoping and delivery of configured service offerings that leverage the Optum One software platform and underlying data assets. This critical position requires expertise in consultative solution development, client management, and a strong track record in project execution.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Establishing and maintaining deep knowledge of all Optum Analytics solutions with a specialization in modules designed for care coordination purposes
  • Working directly with clients during the implementation process to assess and document client needs and translating client needs to technology/build team
  • Coordinating with cross-organizational and cross-functional teams on multiple client implementation projects
  • Scoping and leading ongoing engagements with clients around operational process redesign and additional module configuration
  • Recommending, documenting, and guiding improvements to product design to optimize product use
  • Identifying and fostering cross and up-sell opportunities for new products and services to existing clients
  • Working with the Sales and Client Success teams to help drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives with product demonstrations and Subject Matter Expert consultation for late-stage sales conversations

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years experience
  • Exemplary client management experience, having demonstrated an ability to identify, communicate and manage risks
  • Deep experience with salesforce.com
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the broader Client Services organization
  • Ability to learn analytics platform and understand impact of data availability on overall client deliverable
  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 40% travel)
  • Energy and flexibility in a fast changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience with health care data on the provider side
  • 3+ years of large scale Population Health implementation efforts
