This Hospice Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the Home Care/Hospice agency.
Through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up she/he is responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources. The Hospice Administrator ensures quality of staff and functions of the company. She/he accomplishes these tasks through driving teamwork with most efforts spent on Human Resources, Quality of Care, and Customer Service.

Educational Requirements:Degree in business, health care, and nursing or related field. Nursing diploma acceptable.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a home health agency, hospice or other related health program. Experience in business administration.
