Summary

Account Director INEX

The Account Director is responsible for operating independently in a fast-paced environment being able to: sell, establish new relationships, build on existing ones, and expand our business within key CE retailers through strategic account relationships at the retailer and with top CE manufactures.

The Account Director must have a solid command of all business management functions and should have at least 10+ years in relationship building, presenting to CE merchants and C level executives, selling/closing, and deal negotiations. In addition, this position requires an individual with supreme creativity and a natural out-of-the-box approach to develop innovative, strategic marketing programs.

This is a "hands-on" role. The position will be expected to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and business objectives both operational as well as sales based including new business revenue goals while also achieving gross margin and EBITDA benchmarks. The ability to accurately forecast is a must. This individual will design and manage client programs/contracts at retail chains nationwide, thus past experience in retail sales, marketing, and working for an agency and/or channel management is required. In addition, this position will partner with the Client Services and Business Operations team to support the execution of all programs.
