Area Supervisor

Express Employment Professionals on the Southside is partnering with a local company to hire 2 Area Supervisors. This person will need to be a take charge individual, and will want to build and make this position successful and scalable. This should be someone who is a positive, energetic and self-motivated. This position is at night, but in order to get you fully immersed in our culture and set expectations we will require between 2 6 weeks of your time during the day. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate staff inspections Handle inventory Workload for clients/employees Assign tasks to employees Adjust employee schedules Handle client needs Works with all staff to ensure integrity and adherence to clientand employee needs Handle employee needs Address positive and negative performance issues Monitor employee progress Liaison for Area to Leadership Team Direct supervisor for employees (15 - 20 employees) Manage quality control program Solve issues/emergencies at facilities Manage time-keeping system for employees Do initial new hire walk-throughs for facility (first night)Cover open positions if floaters not available Operate within budget Maintain building safety & security This individual must have at minimum two years supervisory experience. $32-35K Interested and qualified candidates should apply online at ExpressIndySouth.com or apply in person Monday- Friday in our office.
