Position Purpose: Deliver high quality, timely, customer service to Home Depot associates and stores by providing them with a SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT for Supply Chain related issues.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: 40%-Respond to inbound communications via telephone, e-mail and other related tools. Provide excellent customer service via active listening and professional communication, and identifying root cause of customer issues. 30%-Work closely with stores and field leadership to resolve concerns regarding replenishment requests, inventory levels, and other supply chain related issues. Takes ownership of customer questions and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution. Provide follow-up communication to the customer regarding the resolution 30%-Partner with merchandising, DC's, IPR, and transportation teams to resolve problems. Interact with Home Depot suppliers and cross functionally partner with merchandising, DC’s to help ensure timely receipt of store purchase orders. Nature and Scope: Position reports to Supply Chain Support Supervisor/Manager No direct reports Environmental Job Requirements: Environment: 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: 1. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must pass the Drug Test. Must pass Background Check Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required: 8. The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Work Experience Required: 2

 Physical Requirements: 1. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications: Be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime on occasion. Successfully complete any required training or orientation programs

Preferred Qualifications: 2 years customer service with retail, supply chain, or inventory replenishment experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • Must have excellent time management skills and able to multitask efficiently • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Pleasant and professional telephone manners in dealing with customers • Strong computer and phone knowledge. • Attention to detail and accuracy • Able to perform under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment • History of punctuality and good attendance • Spanish is a plus but not required • Demonstrates originality and imagination in thinking while developing a solution to a problem. • Adapts to and embraces change with composure, resilience, and perseverance in the face of constraints, high pressure, and adverse situations. • Demonstrates a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency on priorities.
