The Person:

The Job:
Develop innovative, eye-catching campaigns that increase brand awareness, solidify guest loyalty and drive sales. You'll partner with internal and external teams to deliver on our “Expect More. Pay Less.” brand promise within social media and more.

  • Oversee and/or art direct/design interactive and social projects from initial concept to launch
  • Create content for all Social Media platforms
  • Promote commitment to the organization’s vision, values and direction
  • on emerging trends, innovation and advancements in the creative industry
  • Adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
  • Merge Guest Insight–driven data with personal experience and instinct
  • Support team strategies, goals and objectives
  • Follow defined best methods and procedures
  • Ensure quality of work and accuracy of work
  • Seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Provide feedback, coaching and guidance where ap­propriate to enhance others’ skill development
  • Promote sharing of expertise and continuous learn­ing across the organization

Requirements
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of creative experience
  • Portfolio of samples demonstrating Target brand expectations
  • Deep knowledge of Social Media platforms of all types
  • ­Solid understanding of all aspects of Social process including platform strategy, editorial, paid media and analytics
  • Ability to manage and execute complex projects/clients in many different stages and work with ambiguity
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible to travel (weekends included)
