Maintenance Technician

Looking for a third shift maintenance technician in Lancaster, OH!

Job Duties
-Fabricate Machines - Manual Machines - ex: Bridgeport lathe
-Provide Maintenance support both PM & Reactive Maintenance
-PM based on hours - 150, 300, 600 hours of production
-Address breakdowns on line, fabricate the part or pull part out of stock

Machines include:
-Conveyors (Move bottles through MFG process)
-Layer oven (Bake paint into bottles)
-Printing machines (Screen Printing process on glass medium)
-Manual lathes & Mills
-PLCS (Fuse blocks and Ethernet connections
-VFD- Variable frequency drives (Identify what's wrong)

Must
-Background in machining - Mills, Lathes, Welding/Light Fabrication
-Electrical - Controls, Wiring, Logics, Troubleshooting, Ability to Identify a schematic
-Mechanical - Knowledge of Pumps and valves
-Pneumatic Systems - motors, drives - "can you troubleshoot how it works?"
- Open to OT

SHIFT: Mon thru Friday

3rd: 11pm to 7:30am
