About this job
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing person with a drive for success to manage the Great American Cookies store in the Alexandria Mall. The store is high volume with opportunity to grow even higher with the right individual leading the team. You must have a "can do" attitude and have the ability to put together a team of high perfoming indiviuals that have an understand of the importance of great customer service.
This individual will be responsible for all of the operational duties that are associated with the daily operations of the store. This includes:
- Scheduling
- Hiring
- Training
- Team Building
- Product Purchases
- Managing Payroll
- Controlling Food Cost
- Local Store Marketing
