About this job

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
  • Experience handling high volume incoming phone calls
  • Strong computer skills

Job duties:
* Answer incoming calls from callers from various municipalities in a quick and timely manner. (handling about 40 calls a day)
* Log all calls/conversations in the company's database immediately after each call.
* Prepare payment plans for taxpayers requesting those from the various jurisdictions.
* Escalate calls to the appropriate individuals depending on the individual caller.
* Log any correspondence that comes into the office and routes to the appropriate asset manager.
* Perform at a very high level of quality and efficiency while adhering to all customer service standards.
