Manager in Training - Full-time

We are looking for motivated individuals who are able to prove themselves in a leadership role. We have several locations, and are currently expanding to new locations. This position is an opportunity to move up the ranks and lead a team in one of these locations. New managers in training will be taught the ins and outs of how we like to see these restaurants operate. 


Must Haves:

Reliability in both transportation and punctuality.

A positive attitude towards our guests to make them feel at home.

An ability to communicate their ideas clearly to employees and coworkers.

An understanding of proper food safety. 

The ability to work on your feet for long periods.


Starting pay can be discussed during the application process. Future pay will be determined based on factors such as:

Managing reasonable labor percentages.

Managing proper cost of goods sold.

Keeping the store quality high, with regards to a specific "Quality and Cleanliness Evaluation".


This is a full time position. We are not interested in working around a separate work schedule for this position. If you are interested in that, we do have openings for those on occasion.
