Staffmark is looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician to work for a large employer in Fayetteville, AR. This individual will be responsible for a the maintenance of a large business campus by planning, directing, and maintaining building maintenance and services. Job Responsibilities
Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and spaces (e.g. office furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, filing cabinets) to accomodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power, and speciality tools
Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair
Performs minor electrical maintenance that includes repair of fixtures using hand, power, or speciality tools
Performs minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints,s tains, and varnishes, fitting locks, etc)
Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement of leaks in drains, faucets, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses)
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas
Order parts and maintain required documents
This position is Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Occasional over-time with after hours
