Aerotek Professional Services in Denver is recruiting Client Services and Logistics Coordinators for our leading electronic distribution company in the Englewood, CO area!
Job Title: Client Services and Logistics Coordinator
Location: Englewood, CO
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Hours: Office is open 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. You will consistently work 40 hours per week inside these hours of operation.
Start Date: Monday, January 30th 2017. Interview Process Begins Immediately!
Client Services and Logistics Coordinator Job Duties:
- Working through backlogs on a team of 10 people
- The backlogs are requests from clients for electronic products
- Getting the purchases from the warehouses to the client on time or ahead of schedule is the Client Services and Logistics Coordinator's main responsibility
- Must check quantity and pricing to make sure they are correct on all Excel spreadsheets
- Correspondence is all done via email. The representative will not get more than 5 phone calls in first 3 months. (This is not a call center)
Client Services and Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not required)
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Proficient computer skills. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Genuine interest in the electronics industry
- Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug test
