District Manager Field Operations Pet Nutrition - Full-time

Summary

DISTRICT MANAGER OF FIELD OPERATIONS PET NUTRITION

We have a need for a Temporary Full Time District Managers of Field Operations to develop and provide support to our Pet Nutrition Specialists. Their main objective is to drive sales through pet-food demonstrations in pet stores across the nation. The Temporary District Manager’s duties include: retail management, assisting brand ambassadors, achieving sales objectives, and training through close coordination with peer management. Responsibilities

• In-field coaching of all designated Pet Nutrition Specialists in district
• Maximize execution of events within your district through effective results management using weekly team calls, one-on-one coaching, as well as over the phone, email, and in-person training.
• Effectively schedule, manage, and execute all client programs
• Effective hiring, managing schedules, training/development, and oversight of all programs in your respective district
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Order, place/repair of demo equipment/fixtures as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business, Marketing, Public Relations or closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, including managing part-time employees, demonstration or event marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experience
• Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with management
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
