What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide outstanding guest service while delivering consistent commission-based sales results
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app 
  • Effectively and efficiently articulating the capabilities of ABCmouse.com to customers
  • Achieve personal and store team sales goals
  • Managing cash and inventory control

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
  • Prior retail and/or sales experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual is a big plus
  • Flexibility to work during peak selling periods including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Positive Energy with a “can-do” attitude

Physical Demands of Commissioned Sales Specialists

  • Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 42 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Comfortable using tablet computer to demonstrate ABCmouse.com product
