Serve seniors and their families by exceeding expectations in quality home care.  As a Full-Time Service Coordinator you will be responsible for half time scheduling clients and half time time engaging professional CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.   

To be effective and successful as a Service Coordinator you must, but not limited to:
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with team and clients to work towards a common goal
  • Demonstrate high customer service and a "can do" attitude
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to personally getting things done
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire, understand, and absorb new information
  • Demonstrate consistent logic, rationality, objectivity and common sense in decision making while anticipating the consequences of decisions
  • Possesses uncompromising determination to achieve excellence
  • Actively listen to the opinions, feelings, and needs of others
 Duties for the Service Coordinator role includes, but not limited to:
  • Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis by assigning and analyzing the client and CAREGiver match
  • Supervise CAREGivers through coaching, rewards and recognition
  • Train, reward, support, encourage, and engage professional CAREGivers
