We have a part-time opening for a Receptionist.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Must have 1 or more years experience.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.
The receptionist will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
  • Cheerfully greet and act as BCG liaison with vendors and guests
  • Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, take messages as needed supporting on site personnel and remote personnel.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail and packages
  • Prepares and coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
  • Manages conference rooms and common spaces scheduling needs
  • Maintains tidiness of common areas throughout the day (such as kitchen and café area, supply room, conference rooms, and other common areas, etc.)
  • Assists senior management with correspondence, photocopying, scanning, binding or other administrative duties as needed
  • Assist Office Manager in coordinating special office events, including weekly employee sponsored lunches
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Manages small to large catering needs for the office
  • Maintains continuity among work teams and contributes to overall team goals
