Warehouse Associate (Full Time)

Description: Unloads product from inbound trailers, prepares for storage in the warehouse and enters product information into the warehouse management system. Picks and puts individual items and cartons in locations specified by the radio frequency (RF) device. Loads carts, racks, pallets, cartons, totes, and eaches into outbound trailers by hand or with the use of a manual pallet jack. Provides feedback on processes and methods to increase efficiency and drive improvement. Active participant in a culture that takes calculated risks to test and learn in order to make operational advancements. 
 

Qualifications: Always uses safe lifting and processing techniques and appropriate safety and personal protective equipment. Arrives to work on time for scheduled shifts while contributing to a positive and respectful atmosphere for all team members. Executes on quality and inventory management initiatives to improve the store and guest experience. Completes job tasks accurately and on time and contributes to overall Distribution Center results by performing the job efficiently. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally.
