About this job

Purpose

This position is responsible for the development, support and overall growth of PRO Services, and through this, growth of the company's overall sales and profitability.

Essential Functions
  • Participate with the VP of PRO Services and other PRO Services leadership in the development and driving of expansion initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead the overall project management and cross functional work (including IT, Legal, Marketing, Store Operations, Training, etc.) for key PRO Services initiatives identified in annual strategies.
  • Drive growth, manage, maintain and oversee key initiatives including the PRO Services loyalty program.
  • Monitor all enrollment, usage and engagement data for the PRO loyalty program by store and market and proactively develop new solutions to enhance.
  • Develop and lead regular, internal PRO Services project updates.
  • Work closely with PRO marketing to organize and maintain a master PRO Services in-market activity calendar, including but not-limited-to loyalty, events (training and networking), products, promotions, etc.
  • Manage 3rd party research, onboarding as well as on-going relationships when / where required for specific initiatives and programs.
  • Assist with the annual evaluation of all service providers and renegotiation of annual contracts for national accounts.
  • Work closely with PRO Services Sales team (field and store) to drive implementation of key projects and or programs including moderate travel to store locations across company to implement new projects and programs.
  • Solicit in-market and staff-level feedback on all PRO programs for continued improvement purposes and best practice sharing.
  • Prepare presentations for executive level updates on a regular basis.
  • Participate in preparation of the annual project budgets. Evaluate project cost/benefit analysis, project expenditures and ensures budgetary goals are met.
  • Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary in order to achieve assigned business objectives.
W orking Conditions (travel, hours, environment)

  • This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week.
  • Travel between 25-50% is required, including air and car travel
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must possess significant experience in developing and driving complex projects to successful and timely completion
  • Self-starter with strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced level in Excel)
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and work prioritization skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a sense of urgency with creative/innovative/forward thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling difficult and complex issues
