JOB TITLE: Litigation Clerk
LOCATION: New Brunswick, NJ
DEPARTMENT: Law Department
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Direct hire by Kelly OCG with benefits (insurance, vacation & sick days)
PAY RATE: up to 23/hr. (based on experience)
Qualifications must include:

High School degree or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
Approximately two years’ experience in an office support position preferred
Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Prior legal experience and/or proofreading is a plus.
Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
In this role, you will:
Identify data elements in legal documents and enter in matter management system.
Assist in the scanning of documents and cataloguing for retrieval
Position requires working with legal documents of a highly confidential nature.
Proofreading of entered matters for quality control
