PRIMARY FUNCTION
The digital experience and product integration lead will focus on creation and execution of our growth and guest acquisition strategies for Target Restock, our next-day delivery platform for everyday essentials and grocery.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Financial

Partner with finance teams to develop market level sales, growth and profitability goals

Build a vendor funded financial support model in partnership with TMN and Marketing
-
Monitor daily and weekly market performance & make in-season adjustments to drive revenue and profit to achieve stated goals
Market Expansion

Develop a winning recommendation for future market expansion plans
-
Implement successful market launch strategies combining store selection, marketing plans & acquisition/retention tactics tailored by market

Partner with store ops and field leaders to collect feedback on launch initiatives and operational improvement opportunities
General Business Performance

Own assortment optimization and represent Target Restock to merchandising & vendor community

Partner across a variety of internal teams and product groups to influence product/UX roadmap for Restock program

Partner with key supply chain and operations teams to influence fulfillment roadmap & operational consideration critical to profitability & success of Target RestockGuest

Provide input on market-level analysis for program and guest fit

Actively participate in guest research and feedback functions related to Target Restock; dive deep into guest feedback to improve overall end to end experience and product offering

Set and deliver guest acquisition and retention benchmarksREPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal Clients: Site Merchandising, Product, Merchandising, Finance, TMN, Store Operations, Supply Chain

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience

Strong bias for action

Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable with detailed metrics and statistics

Digital background and/or high desire of comfort with digital and eager to learn more

Ability to navigate a complicated P&L
-
Great communication skills
-
Comfortable influencing large cross functional groups across digital, stores, supply chain organizations and external partners
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

Experience within grocery and/or essentials categories

Experience working with external vendor relationships
