ON CALL COORDINATOR
We are seeking a caring and professional person to answer our office phone on weekends for our non-medical Home Helper & Personal Care service for Seniors.
The On Call Coordinator will answer the calls with an office cell phone they carry with them. This position is for alternating weekends from Friday at 5:00pm until Monday at 8:00am.
This individual must have good phone skills, able to handle multiple calls & tasks, be highly organized, have good common sense, be accurate & respond to calls calmly & immediately. They will also document all calls received and email this document to the staff Monday morning. They must take care of any client & CAREGiver need and will have an office staff member to call on for assistance. This position also includes client/CAREGiver introductions as needed. TRAINING PROVIDED. Our service area includes the counties of Augusta, Rockingham & Rockbridge.
