HR Representative, Red Bluff CA.
Responsibilities of HR Representative:
- Provide strategic and tactical human resources support for the plant leadership.
- HR tasks including staffing, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations
- Serve as the HR resource for the employee base, ensuring their understanding and compliance with HR policies, procedures.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive sound business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements of HR Representative:
- Previous HR or payroll experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
- Position is temporary for a few months.
- Hours are 8am-5pm M-F.
- $15/hr.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
