Now Hiring for Collections Representatives $15. 50/hrResponsible for performing various customer service duties on consumer accounts to effectively reduce delinquency, losses and increase recoveries.Responsibilities
- Collect information on loans, leases, credit cards, overdraft, mortgage etc
- Collect payments using auto-dialer, inbound and outbound calls
- Skip Tracing
- Returned mail update address to send mail back out
- This is VERY soft collections- 5-45 days late on payment typically. "Friendly reminder" call.
- Most will be on an auto-dialer but there area also manual dialing positions in this group as well. They will be expected to do both in their role
