Restaurant Manager - Full-time

Moe's Southwest Grill is hiring managers!
 

We currently have locations in central and northwest Arkansas with more coming soon.

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic? Are you a customer service specialist? Are you self-motivated and driven? If the answer is yes, you might be our candidate!

Additional qualifications include but are not limited to:

- flexible schedule and availability

- management and restaurant experience with solid references and work history

- financial aptitude and familiarity with food cost and labor budgets

- outstanding leadership and training skills

The position requires manager to control food and labor expenses, oversee community relations and local store marketing, maintain quality and cleanliness standards of excellence, train staff members and oversee HR for the store, oversee all ordering and inventory, maintain an exemplary level of customer service, and maintain a positive work environment for your crew.

Starting salary is negotiable and based on candidate's experience.
